A public consultation event was held on Tuesday 4th December at Birk Crag County Guide Centre, Cornwall Road, Harrogate. Thank you to all those who attended the event and provided feedback on the proposals.

On 4th April 2008, an outline planning application was submitted in respect of the site to Harrogate Borough Council jointly by Hallam Land Management Limited and Woodard Schools (Northern Division) Limited.
