An exhibition was held at the Wickford Centre, Alderney Gardens, Wickford SS11 7JZ on 9th, 13th, and 14th December 2006.

On 26th June, on behalf of Gleeson Homes Ltd and Gladedale Group Ltd, an outline planning application was submitted in respect of the above site to Basildon District Council.
